strike a deal with the people who you owe money to and get them to give you a statement saying that the debt is fulfilled and then you should have no probs, try direct line, they are very good.
if you have cleared and paid all you ccjs i think you can go to the court and find out whom you pay to have them removed it's not alot, if they are still unpaid I think they might be there for five years! and you will have difficulty getting a loan, get them cleared and you will be in a much better position to borrow, but if you don't need to borrow don.t you'll end up paying maybe 7-8 thousand back! save up! never a lender or borrower be, thats how you can;t get into trouble..what if you were to lose your Job again!
