I have a vehicle registration and want to find its address?

Answers:
If you have a urgent honest legitimate reason for wanting to know the details of the vehicle owner, you should ask at the police station. All the details are with the DVLA at Swansea but are not available to the general public.
Phone the DVLA. If it's regarding an accident or you're suspicious about something the vehicle was involved in, the police will also be able to track it down!
unless your a copper you havent got any chance! unless you say they bumped into you and drove off, solicitor or insurance/police might be silly enough to give out address etc
If a crime has been committed the police will be able to track it using the PNC (police national computer).

The information they have is not available to the public unfortunately.
What's is the reason for this? We can help you better if we knew
