Basically, any motor yacht, and plenty of sail yachts, over the size of 45metres, are going to set you back in excess of 30 million dollars, with some of the big 120-200 metre yachts costing upwards of 200 million dollars. They basically cost as much as the buyer wants to put into them.
Nigel Burgess from one of the other answers is a broker and not a builder, his brokerage sells new builds. I think the biggest and most amazing one on spec to be built at the moment is a Blohm and Voss. Lady Moura though very impressive, is ncertainly not number 1 in the world. Octopus and Rising Sun are two very big new builds worth hundreds of millions.

The most expensive yachts are specially made in shipyards to the owners specifications. Nothing as cheap and nasty as a Sunseeker or Princess.
Depends on how much you've got to spend but they can run into tens of millions.
