Do you have to take a driving test when you reach the age of 80?
Answers:
There are more than 20 people driving in Ireland who are 100+, more power to your mother, you need a medical certificate to say she is fit to drive, but she doesn't need to retake her test.
well if you dont you shouldnt be driving then anyways.
I THINK PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE A "DRIVING "TEST EVERY YEAR !! IT MIGHT HELP SAVE LIVES LOLCRAZY CRAZY CRAZY
They should have got in touch with you, give them a ring or go to their website.
i think its 75..
well she is driving illegally
best checking with dvla 2 b honest. I do think at 80 another test is required for HEALTH AND SAFTEY PURPOSES. NO OFFENCE BUT NOT ALL 80 YEAR OLDS HAVE THE SAME EYESIGHT OR HEARING as they used to have. I work in sheltered housing and I know a couple of tenanst who shoulkd not be driving
when you reach the age of 80 should you contemplate starting driving? will you be another Sunday driver or will you end up forgetting where you are going & driving the wrong way up the m11?
i believe so, the dvla should of been in touch , but it wont hurt to give them a ring. and make sure cos if she has been driving and she hasnt got a valid license then her insurance wont be worth the paper its written on
good luck

I believe so.
