Not sure exactly what you mean or what your after. If you are looking to put a specific registration mumber on your car, ie, one that relates to your name or initials etc, you cannot do it. The system is not the same as the uk or N Ireland. If you are lucky enough to have initials that relate to a specific county, for example, Donegal DL or Carlow CW, then you could look for a car bearing that registration or if you can afford it, buy a new car in the relating county, or you could import a car from another country and then register it in the county of your choice.
