103 miles per gallon is pretty good fuel economy! Maybe you could sell the formula to a fuel producing company.
Wow, That's economical, what car do you have that can do 103 miles per gallon,
You shouldn't get any points, you should get commended for conserving fuel.
Good on yer mate!
start looking for a new job.and stop acting like an idioit if you're a dad. hello? responsibiility?
The only advice I can give you at this point is to get yourself some good legal advice. Go to a solictor and get a barrister involved, and hope for the best. But you don't dare try to defend this on your own. There is far too much at stake for you.

Good luck!!
Every likely hood you will get a months ban at least
you should go talk to Justice of the Peace most times if u explain to him ,they will drop the limit lower ,happened to me years ago ,good luck
MPG or MPH?

If you are lucky you'll get a ton of points. You can plead with the judge that your job is on the line and they might not ban you. But as you've already got 3 points it will look like you dont learn your lesson.
Good luck.
If you were doing 103mpG then they'll probably congratulate you for doing your bit to preserve our (supposedly) dwindling oil supplies.

Assuming you mean 103mph, to be honest you're likely to suffer a ban of at least 6 months, depending on how the judge feels and what he reads into past convictions and penalties.

Going that fast, you really can't expect less.
103 mpg? What were you driving? A lawnmower? If you mean 103 mph, you have no hope whatsoever, you better start thinking about another job. Sorry, not being mean, but the law is pretty tough on this.
over 100mph is an automatic 12 month ban i think you'll find. you can always say its your livelihood but then it depends what side of bed the judge got out of
sounds expensive, what is legal limit, talk to traffic lawyer
Wow a 103 MPG, I drive a Fortwo smart car and only get 64 MPG, I take it you mean 103 MPH, Sorry Mr but at 33 MPH over the limit I think you can kiss your license goodbye for at least a year. Your only hope is you can talk the Court round. Good luck on that one.
You really should contact an attorney.
If you can not afford one, you can contact lega aid.
Best of luck to you.
if they did not take you to jail for reckless driving..that is good sign. Expect to go to court and pay the ticket or go and just pay the ticket. You are admitting the guilt by doing so, but it will save time.
You need to get some legal help with this to plead your case in court.
All your circumstances will be taken into account, it is a shame you have a previous 3 points becuse you'd be far better off with a clean licence, first offence, etc.

Just learn your lesson, watch your speed in future and get a speed camera detector fitted.

There shouldn't be any lectures unless anyone can honestly say they have never exceeded the speed limit.
Silly bugger.
Get advice from a legal source and be very remorseful for your actions. If this is the first offense you might be lucky.
Sorry mate but you ARE going to loose your license, you were caught doing 33mph over the speed limit, your looking at least a 28 day ban and points and a big fine, you drive for a liveing which the courts look at more severe than a normal license as you should know better, i know this from personal experience
I think you can expect a kicking from your wife!
Put in a plea of mitigation explaining your predicament , they may feel generous , then again , check if your County are like Dorset, if you agree to go for training at a place they inform you of, they reduce the pionts, I would think you will get a further 6 as it stands at the moment plus a heavy fine, good luck I have 6 myself.
that is reckless endangerment. I would expect that you will loose your license for at least a year given that you already have strikes against you.
First, I would check and see if traffic school is an option for you/if you meet the requirements. But, I'm getting the feeling you're in another country, here in the US, a lot of the states offer that, if you take it it reduces your fine amount as well as the amount of points you'll receive. You might be best off getting an attorney, and see if he/she can negotiate some kind of arrangement with the prosecutor/judge. Good luck!
It looks like you're looking for a more local job. There is the solicitor that got Alex Ferguson off his ban, you could try him.
Your banned buddy, over 100 is automatic ban.
As everyone on here says you'll either get a hefty fine or be banned that is unless you are a footballer or a celebrity who get away with this kind of thing a few times within a month. Fingers crossed it's a few points and a fine.
Just be thankful you didn't kill someone. My friend was killed on his motorbike by a speeding driver. People who drive fast should be banned for life. Not a lecture just a statement. Sorry no sympathy!
Automatic ban, and not much chance of anything less, best go look for a job that you can get to by bus. Celebs somethings get off with a big fine and 9 points usually because they claim charity work. The fact that you will lose your job and have a big family will not save you, as the judge will be thinking that you should have been considering those important things whilst you were driving like a wanker.
Just say you were trying to keep up with the traffic in front of you!
This has been taken from a website regarding Motoring Offences. (Link bleow) It was updated in August and I think a new Bill was passed in Parliament last week, which will do nothing to help those caught speeding. Sorry to be a Job's Comforter, but I think you should be prepared for the worst.
Speeding on a Motorway (SP50)
Offence : Driving on a motorway in excess of the speed limit
Maximum Penalty : Fine not exceeding Level 4
Endorsement with 3-6 penalty points - Discretionary disqualification
Comment : If you are driving in excess of 100 mph you are likely to be disqualified as well as being fined.
because u drive for a job you can plead that the punishment doesnt fit the crime (ie u will b out of work if u get banned), if ur lucky u will get 12 points and still b allowed to drive and just have to b v v careful until the points come off, get yourself some good legal advice mate.
Spend some cash on a brief to advise and represent you, lie your head off, needed a Piss, speedo broke on the journey, mother phoned to say dad had heart attak, usual Bollox what gives magistrate who probably hit 120 on way in because he stopped to shag a tart en route an excuse to go easy, anyway you will have to be convincing to hang on to your license but avoidin a ban got to be worth £ 1000 aint it, and even then you will have 3 years do be absolutely bloody perfect or you do get bloody banned, I would get a non driving Job in walking distance of home if I were you.
