Why is there more people in rural areas driving vehicles with no license than any where else?
Answers:
Because there's no other choice. You've got to get to work, school, the store, etc even if you have no license. There's no public transportation in rural areas.
Less cops!!
if you mean license plates maybe drive around southern california and re-examine that question.no insurance either
it is an undeveloped area.
I don't have a lincense myself because i blow all my money and won't pay my fines
Because there's fewer police in rural areas to enforce the laws.
cos there's no old bill around to catch em!
I live in rural area and think i've seen one police car in 2 months!!
the questions coming through at the moment are crap..so is this...
less chance of getting caught
simplay because there are no cops and traffic and no 1 bothers really..
cuz legally yahl only have to have the one in the back, and there ain't anything to look at out here so you get target fixation trying to find something wrong with the world and SURE ENOUGH THERE IS THEM MISSING PLATES BUT IN THE CITY YOU GOT SHOOTERS AND THE MISSING PLATE YOU DIDN'T SEE PROBABLY WASN'T THERE EITHER KINDA SELF DEFENSE TO NOT HAVE A FRONT PLATE.
HI I think a lot of it is because if you are on the farmers fields or his roads you do not need a licence because it is a private road
Well let me think there might be a lot less police presence, less cops more illegal drivers.Less chance of getting caught.
Because there's less police presence to catch them.
Where do you get this "fact" from? You ask the question as if it were a well-know fact, but provide no proof or basis for your assertion. Therefore your question is defective.
It is kind of hard to go to the bus stop or call a cab in the rural areas.
personally i hope they all get caught, because there are a lot of us out here that have licences, tax, insurance, mot costing us a fortune each year to be road legal, wait till someone with out all the legal requirements causes an accident and is not covered we end up paying through our insurance .
There is? Wow. Maybe getting drunk is all they have.
I was not aware that there were, but I respect your question.
Perhaps in rural areas, where everyone knows their neighbours, they have more information about local drivers, example, if they have a driving licence or not.
I would suggest if you know of someone driving without a licence, please inform your local police. This may sound a harsh thing to do, especially if it is someone you know, but you may save a life, and a lot of hardship for others, as an unlicensed driver also has no insurance in the event of an accident.
If you feel you can not report someone to the police, if it is someone close to you for example, just have a quiet word with them, at least your conscience will be clear.
