Both good bikes, had an XT500 for ages. Great fun- had to sell it to (Ahem) pay a donation to Co Durham for enjoying the A66 to much.
They are pretty popular now as weekend play things for men of a certain age so the prices are starting to go up. Try Classic and Motorcycle Mechanics Magazine.
They had classified ads for bikes plus loads of info on bikes of the '70s & '80s
