The rule is - retake the nearside lane if clear.
Second and/or third lanes are for overtaking only.

i agree - there should be more traffic police on the m/ways to pull them and issue fines for it. same as people who think the speed limit on m/way is 50mph?!? what is that all about!!

I agree. Driving too slowly is more dangerous to me than driving fast, It really creates problems.

Personally i dont care where they are,ill overtake them,undertake them,sit 12 inches from their boot flashing like hell.

You should try a 2 lane motorway and they stay in right lane and not overtaking
Go to the right lane to pass them. An let's all try not to tailgate. we are respectfull to another driver then maybe then someone else will eb. An the roads will be safer.
