The electric window on the drivers side wont go up skoda felicia magic year 2000?

The window seems to jam and you have to push it up manually as well as use the electric switch it doesnt seem to go up straight how difficult to fix it.

Answers:
It doesnt need a new regulator it just needs the glass setting up correct in the runners. Its going up on the tilt so jammin in the rubber and making the auto cut off to cut in and stop the window going up so you dont burn out the motor in the regulator. So strip door trim off and adjust the glass so runs up and down rubbers straight.
needs a new window regulator..
After a while it will snap and the glass will drop into the door.
This normally happens when it is raining of course.
I would say regulator. The motor could be a problem. On the other hand, it could be that the mechanism needs a bit of lube, or possibly the window track. You can try either graphite lube on the mechanism and or silicone lube on the door track.
What I can say is depending on the model you can probably do the work yourself.
A mate's Dodge has three that won't work. If the regulator is shot, on his, the windows fall down as a safety thing.
We are nearly freezing driving about in the thing late night. Next time we take my car!
