It is a parking offence and they can be fined. Report them to the council and they may even get towed.
It is illegal to block access to any private driveway in the same way it is illegal to park on the corner of the road.

It is illegal to block someones exit or entrance to private property. Call a cop and have it cited.
Not on. He is causing an obstruction and a nuisance.Firstly make a complaint to the Local Police if this is persistent. Are you telling me you don't have yellow lines outside your house. You are entitled to access your property.Ifthe worse comes to the worst you could sue him for nuisance - expensive and messy!! Apolite chat might work wonders - ifnot go call thefuzz
Its illegal to block your driveway, call the police station and ask if they can get it moved.
if anyone parks a car/ van/ lorry/ skip/or anything across your driveway so as to obstruct your entry or exit even by accident it is still obstruction!! the police can give out fixed penalty tickets for it no problem
This is trespassing you can call police if you feel threatened by the owner of the car, I assume you have tried speaking to him/her
Its illegal. You can have them ticketed and/or towed. Of course you can always back into their car a few times by accident. :) Iv done that but I don't recommend that unless you have a steel bumper.
