Whats the best thing about living on a narrowboat?

Answers:
Narrow, is that a sailboat? I live aboard my Lancer 29 for 9 months. It was a wonderful experience. From the feeling of floating as I lay in my V berth as I drifted off to sleep. to the comforting feeling of her strenght sheltering me during a storm. If time ever come when all my land responsibilities are ended I will return back to her comforting embrace..
