Try DHL. I think their web site is DHL.com. I shipped an old Indian from Peru to the US years ago. Their rep. was professional and took care of everything, all the documents, insurance, bonding, crating, etc. They took great care of the bike, even though it was not restored yet. It arrived in the same condition it left Peru.
You can get quotes on line from companies in the states but they tend to be very expensive. I used LAparkan to transport from the states to Trinidad & Tobago and their rates werent too bad.
The bike will need to be placed on a crate, boxed with all fluids removed and then put into a container.
The best way will be to find an import/export agent who can arrange delivery of the bike to the domestic port, arrange the boxing, shipment and importation in Canada. You can do this all yourself but there is the hassle factor. Check out the website
