Any Ideas???

The dealer doesn't need headlights, he saw you coming. It's your own fault for buying a Ford you pr*ck!
You must have a short somewhere get an auto electrician to diagnose it
Sounds like the voltage regulater is going, if the lights seem brighter than usual , this could be your problem, have it checked at a garage.
Sounds like you need to take it to be looked at. Sound electrical
Sounds like you have a voltage regulator problem.
The Focus is a major nightmare for electrical problems..we come accross so many bad Focus's in the trade its unbelievable Ford get away with the crap quality they put out.the only answer to to get an independant (NOT FORD DEALER) auto electrician to sort it out for you.we use independent electricians even if the Focus is still under warranty
My thoughts are that you have a "dead short"in that wiring some-
where between the switch & the lights.
Are the lights blowing on the same side all the time?
Also,if you are replacing these lights by yourself,be advised that
halogen bulbs should not be handled with bare hands.Use cotton
gloves or rubber gloves.
The connection or jack should be cleaned & coated with a light
grease to prevent corrosion.Vasoline works fine.
If this prolem is occuring in the same area all the time,I,d take it
to a shop that specialises in automotive wiring.Have diagnostics
done.
