Not Sure September Or April
18th September
I don't know but I hate to think how people are going to force our rapidly growing, now a days, larger sized children into what they will see as baby seats!!
its already in force- 1st September 2006
i think its this month
Some time in September I have an 8 year old, but he is only 2 cm shy of the height limit and about 15 kg over the weight limit, we cannot buy a booster seat for him, so he has to walk everywhere, unitl he loses the weight!
Folks? I really want to bring to your attention a very important fact about some booster seats. Those pieces of junk couldn't hold a child in them in a roll over if yours and their lives depended on it. Look at how they are designed. They are so not safe.
If you have a child 7 & below they much be in a booster seat until they are at least 8 or 80 pounds.
