Lady Anastasia is registered in the Cayman Islands, and the registered owner is Aria Shipping Ltd.
I don't think that this can be answered by anyone other than the owner. or perhaps the previous owner. I don't believe there is any public register of "yachts", and there is probably more than one boat by that name anyway.
