If i buy a boat with a hole in it, will it sink??
Answers:
does a bear **** in the woods?
depends where the hole is
slowly.and you'll spring a leak!!
you might actually have bought a sink.
did you think of that?
Only if you put it in the water without fixing the hole.
not if you plug it up
I would imagine so. Unless you plan on repairing the hole before sailing the boat.
maybe.
duh!!
it'd probably be a good idea to fix the hole first. unless you enjoying swimming that much?
Is there something wrong with you.
give it a try
If it didn't have a hole in it how would you get into it?
i wonder ? ? ? ? ?
I think you know the answer to that already.
Erm, yeah.
an asshole in the boat?
are you sure it is not a bathtub
there's a hole in my boat delilah
My guess, is that yes, it probably would!
i wont lie to you yes it will, if on the floor stopping water getting in on the other side then yes. but if its lie on the stop were it wont be a problem then no it wont
If the boat has a small hole in it and is equipped with a bilge pump you may never have any problems just run the bilge pump. If the pump can keep up with the amount of water coming in then you wont sink. Running your bilge pump all the time is hard on the pump though and may eventually go out. The best way to fix this is to go to a marine store and buy a fiberglass repair kit. Good luck!

yes or No
If the hole is below the water line, or below the level which the level of water outside the boat reaches during evolutions or manoevers the boat will eventually sink.
If however the hole is above the water line or water level at all times the boat will sink when it fills with rain water.
If however the hole is monitored and the resulting water ingress managed the boat will not sink, during the period during which the monitoring and management operatiions are conducted.
If however the boat is not at any tme floating it will not sink.
If you have a hole in your head, can you think?
Not if you shove your head in the hole
No, buoyancy will keep it afloat!
You could have bought a "hole" with a boat around it!
This is a highly technical question needing many variables to be sorted. Are we talking toy boats? or Ocean Liners? Is the boat in the water? Where is the hole, Are you losing your marbles? Either grow up, or perhaps you have already grown old enough to be living full time with the faries. Buy a boat, Knock a hole in the hull, and give it a try. Don't forget to wear your wellies. Good Luck. By the way, I have a boat for sale and would cheerfully knock a hole in it for you, after you have paid me..
buy armbands just incase
As long as it's Donnie Bakers boat it would be OK because he never uses it. It just sits on the trailer out of gas so it won't even be in the water..and the only hole is the bilge hole to drain it anyway
