I have a HONDA 4stroke 10HP Outboard pull start boat engine, I do not have any spark at the HT Lead end It ran
Answers:
Look for the stop switch on the lower cowl just above the carrying handle, is it pulled out with the clip in it? If not, you will need to get one and install it. If it is there, pull the top cowl off, locate the back of the switch and follow the wires to the end. 1 will go to a ground on the engine block, the other to a bullet connector, I think it is a black and white wire. Disconnect the bullet and see if you have spark. If so the switch is bad. If not, you will need to take it to a Honda dealer. The ignition parts are expensive to replace.
Hope this helps better than the other answers.

Can't help here. You need to edit your question
It ran where?
If you mean it ran the last time you used it, then it may be a fault in the magneto.
Any auto electrician will be able to test this for you.
Was it doing a marathon? Or maybe 100 metre sprint? All that running.
...and now it don`t?
check the coil
I know the feeling, I often have a pull, 4 strokes and yep no spark!
