HELP I dropped some water on my car seat?

Spray shampoo from a specialised shop or the supermarket.

"dropped some water"? I reckon you wet yourself and you're too ashamed to admit it.
Get some carpet cleaner and give them seats a thorough clean with a brush, or a steam cleaner should do it with less effort!
Are you sure it was just water you dropped on there? That "HELP" suggests something a little more kinky!
are you sure its water? try some stain remover like varnish or something or soap etc..
'Vanish' spray gets rid of most stains. I'd try some of that I think. It's only a watermark you've got on your seat so that should sort it out. Soda water might even do it.

Steam the stain with something then take a piece of cloth over your finger and rub over the stain edges working from inside out.
Use a wet cloth to rub the stains :)
I think the water has soaked into a dirty seat.
The stain is the effect of water spreading the dirt and now you are left with rings of dirt.
Time for a valet.
