Answers:
You clearly need to free these bolts, and I guess you know what to do once you have freed them. Try and get some PB Blaster, its a spray in a yellow can for freeing seized bolts. If this doesnt work, then you will need to take the heads of the bolts, drill a pilot hole into the bolt, then use an 'easy out' to remove it. An easy out is like a reverse tapered thread tap, so that as you screw it into the pilot hole, it tightens and helps remove the bolt.
I assume your are trying to separate the the mid-section from the power head? Unlike Yamaha's I've never had a bolt shear on me as you think it will in your case? Have you removed the gear-case and if so is the drive shaft still attached to the power head? Worse scenario is to remove the cowling and heat up each bolt with a propane torch. At the same time tap each bolt with a hammer and shoot them with penetrating oil as you go along. Do not try and loosen them while they are still hot otherwise they will shear. Let them cool down and repeat the process but be care full not to melt any plastics on the engine. Take your time, patience will prevail!
