is it working right now? if it is and you can drive normal was it worth it to you?? also call around to other garages and see what they charge live and learn
Cars are expensive, you'll have your hand in your pocket more often than not. Best thing you can do is befriend a mechanic, it can save you a fortune.
For Citroen no. They are fairly cheap to buy but oh those service and parts costs.
The joys of motoring ----we are all been ripped off ---I could not remove the radio from a Peugeot 306 --dealer charge was 20pounds ----the job took less than 30 seconds
If you went to the dealership then yes your were proberly ripped off
Yeah, and what do you want me to do about it?
Citroen's have a nasty habit of being expensive when it comes to replacing parts as parts are not always easy to find. It doesn't sound hugely extortionate to me but then my bills are much higher! (2x Jags, a BMW and a Volvo and my husband has 2 Classic Reliant Scimitars!)
like most manufactuas on the cheaper end of the scale like
ford citroen peugeot renault and so on
they sell cheap cars but make up for it on parts and servising!
