How to open the case of a Toyota car remote control, I want to change the battery.?

I cannot see any screw. I just saw a small rectangular hole by its size, but was unable to shift upward nor downward

If it's a keyring remote, get a small flat bladed screwdriver and prise open the remote along the seam in the middle.
At the end of the remote where the ring is, it should be a little crack. A small nail file should do the job.
