When should a cyclist not cycle on dual carriageways?

Answers:
when it is a motorway, otherwise should not be a problem.
at rush hour or at the start of the school holidays would be my guess
not ever! i would run you over! limited space to manouver when you're doing 70!
I don't think they should cause when a lorry passes at 60 - cyclists will have the effect of the wind at them.
When they don't have road tax an m'o't' or insurance or a licence for that matter they're bad enough on ordinary town roads.
