How much water does a Denis Fire Engine hold?

Answers:
All the modern Dennis fire engines hold 1800litres of water in a stainless stell tank.
Fire engines don't hold water. they get it out of mains outlet in the street with a pump!
f**ing Lurds
Dennis fire trucks DO hold water and its about 500 gallons. They are called Pumping Appliances and carry the water for an initial attack on a fire. If its a big job, the truck is then supplemented with water from a fire hydrant.
Answer as Mike D but probably also some 500 ml plastic bottles in the cab for the thirsty firefighters
