I have a uk driving licence with a dr10. can I sit a driving test in Holland and get a clean driving licence?

you would have clean record in holland but not uk because there is no way of pulling MVR records from another country

new licence. new country, cant see why it would affect you. unless the e.u have sorted it so you will have them transfered
