OK got some petrol but still have a problem?

I have a can but no hose to pour the petrol in with..any ideas how i could do this without it spilling all over my boots??

Answers:
Use a funnel. In an emergency, if you can find a plastic bottle of soda cut it in half (crosswise) it will be good funnel substitute until you get all the gas in. If none a flat cardboard, thin aluminum sheet or thin galvanized sheet form it like a cone.
Place can on roof above filler and use a tube to syphon it into tank.
get a 20 soda bottle cut a hole in the side of it close to the bottom so u can use it for a funnel or just go to a parts store and buy a funnel
cut the bottom of a plastic lemonade bottle
Make a funnel out of cardboard, use yer head!
You need a funnel. Those with the long end made for filling automatic transmissions work just fine.
get a plastic drink bottle cut it in half you have now got a funnel problem solved
old plastic bottle, cut bottom off use as funnel.
take your boots off
Yes, if your can doesn't have a pourer spout, you need a large funnel; if all else fails, roll a newspaper into a cone, get someone to hold the small end in the filler, pour petrol into the big end; dispose of paper safely!
Pretty easy really - Get someone else to do it!
