Smart Nav, by Trafficmaster. Not only does it update itself while you are travelling to avoid traffic. You can also call in by a push of BUTTON and speak to a PA (personal assistance) who can help you if you do not have a post code. Trust me, its worth the money
You don't say what your application is. If it's for wilderness camping/hiking don't go cheap. I have a Garmin eTrek that ran me about $300 + the map programs (about another $100) and it's gotten me out of a jam or two. Check out the attached sites and shop around
