CQR Anchors?

What does CQR stand for

Answers:
Well, I've been a Yachtmaster Ocean, for many years and I always believed it just meant 'secure'. So the second answer, referring to Coastal Quick Release is new to me - but sounds very convincing!

I would like to check up on this , so if the writer has any further info, I'd be grateful.
CQR is a trademark. CQR anchors or plow anchors because of their shape are patented. One reference said CQR meant "secure".
Coastal Quick Release. Invented by professor G.I. Taylor of Cambridge University, England.
Here, take a look for yourself.
