Car trouble help me.?

The main fuse can be blown. that is located next to the battery under a retangle plastic cover note this fuse is bolted in from the sides look for little doors under thich are 10mm short bolts they have to be completely removed. But do this first turn on the key and see if the light in shape of a battery lights up if not. The instrument "Meter" fuse under the dash may be blown also from the radio thieft. The new battery should be fine if you get the alternator to start charging again
no.. i think your main Problem is that you have a Nissan terrano ii 2.7 tdi
It could be wires touching, and causing the battery to drain rapidly. If not then its your alternator going bad, and not charging like it should.
Could be both. Something is draining that battery. Take it to Autozone and they can test to see if it is the alternator. Really sounds like the alternator to me. Wires touching something could fry the alternator too.
Sounds like the alternator is faulty and the battery is discharging through it. Disconect the alternator, charge the battery and see if it still goes flat.
I doubt if the stereo being stolen is related, if there were any live wires being earthed a fuse would have blown or the wire burnt through by now and you'd have seen the smoke.
Some tips here for testing the charging system

Its due to your car stereo.
There is a return feed wire that charges the battery up whilst stationary (not charge but what is used is sent back to the battery kind of a return feed)
Check your car stereo or car manual to find out which cable that is.
It happened to the previous owner of my car since the wire wasnt wired up properly and he loosed all the power to his bettery often
