Isn't possible for you to make or adapt a car cover yourself?
I have never heard of one. Perhaps you could buy a car cover and cut holes where they need to be and over these holes attach some heavy duty clear plastic sheeting. You could use a hot glue gun or silicone caulk to attach the plastic to the car cover.
