How can i lift a spare wheel of my vehicle into the vehicle with less effort?

Answers:
lift weights
call a friend !!
roll it up a ramp.
Get a mover's blanket and a 4' or 5' two by 4. Use the blanket to act as a ramp into the trunk/hatch of the vehcle. Be careful to use the blanket in such a way as to prevent scratching the bumper/paint,etc. I think that may work.
Get the guys at the garage to do it for you. (Or, if you're on your own, get a crane).
You will need:

1 x 2 by 6 plank of wood
1 x something solid and about half a metre high

What you do:

1. Put the something solid about half a metre away from the car.
2. Put the plank of wood on top, so that half a metre is on the side of the car, and the longer part is away from the car.
3. Roll the wheel onto the short bit of plank.
4. Push down on the other end of the plank to lift the wheel.
5. Get someone else to push the wheel off the plank into the car.

This is less physical effort. But it takes so long it's not really worth it. I would suggest just picking up the wheel: they're not that heavy!
Stop complaining, that helps.
