for a car like yours it doesnt need to be fully synthetice or even semi synthetic. Just a normal 45w 10 oil will be fine

Depends on the mileage of the car. If it has done 80k + then go for one of the ones that are for High Mileage cars (it will say so on the bottles). If not go for a main brand regular engine oil (you don't need the synthetic stuff)
If you get to the garage and are met with tons of bottles, ask the assistant. They are usually pretty helpfull ,

.Any good quality 10/40 or 10/50 grade oil, don't go wasting your money on super synthetic stuff that you can not find at any garage when you need a top up, and some of these so called petrol saving oils are thin and need changing more often , so just stick to the standard stuff that every body uses, don't forget to change the filter at the same time.
You will be perfectly OK with an own brand multigrade 10W/50 from (say) Halfords or Woolworths. There is no need to pay a premium for an oil company brand. When you have the car serviced take your (cheap) oil with you in a 5 litre can. The garage will charge you for expensive oil that you don't need.

your owners manuel sugests 10 w 30 i use 30 w or 15 w 40
your chioce synthetics are alyays good
use 10w40 thats a general oil it shouldn't harm it if it is wrong. refer to the manual or ask the dealer
