How do I find out the "book" price of a car? I have seen one I like but I think its overpriced?

both of these will take you to the Kelly Blue Book website where you can find what you're looking for. :)
also, car dealers want to sell you the car, but they also want to make money from your sale. You can nego. the final price if you just remember to be as stubborn - and fair - as they are being.

There are quite a few websites, which offer the book price of most cars (http://www.kbb.com/ , http://www.autotrader.com/ , and www.nada.com/ ); however, I have found that Edmund's is the most reliable. Visit http://www.edmunds.com/ select used or new, enter your zip code, and then select research. The site will provide you with comprehensive material from the price to the amount of horsepower.
Check out the Kelly Blue Book website. Just Google it. you'll find it. Good luck!

parkers is good but go for other cars the same in your area, look at adtrader and ebay to get a realistic idea, where i am (east of edinburgh) cars are 2-300 pounds dearer than say the glasgow area.
