Can anyone recommend a reliable and fast diesel car?
Answers:
I am the owner of VW Golf Turbo diesel 1,9, model -96.
This car has been excellent. I have driven over 100 000 km during last 1,5 years (I have to drive a lot for my job, both in summer- and wintertime) without any troubles. - One cannot avoid the ageing of generator e.t.c., of course, but the situation with other cars is similar when 10 years are passed.
No rust at all - this is maybe the most excellent feature of this car (especially in Northern Europe with bad weather conditions). Statistically: it is next best alternative after big German cars like MB or Audi to avoid rust. No technical problems, no matter it reached 300 000 limit just one month ago.
Still some minor problems with brakes, but nothing serious.
It isn't any luxurious car (compared with e.g. French cars) but you can thrust on it. Really.
Audi A6 3.0 TDi
try the vw golf gti tdi, 150 bhp and a very nice car to drive, plus the great build quality and reliability of a vw
ive drove the vw golf gt tdi, thats 130 bhp and basicly the same car as the gti tdi
