Has any one had problems with carcraft?

once your;ve bought your car its not there problem they never answer your calls and give you false answers to your questions and the apr is very misleading and don;t even show you the correct paper work

Answers:
Oh yes! We got a car from there, the electrical fault light was always on, kept taking back to be fixed, never was. Ended up taking the car back to them - faulty goods! Paperwork was also incorrect in our case - sent new ones through 2wks later.

There was also a report about them on Watchdog a few years back. Maybe worth checking the Watchdog site out / contacting them for advice.
I know someone who bought a BM from them, and they were very happy with price, aftersales and HP

Just ensuring both sides are heard.
I don't know of thier business, but if you have any reservations about trustworthyness, I would suggest going somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses out there protecting consumers.
As for financing, I would be armed with more knowledge before financing through any dealer.Get pre-approved through an independant lender and don't be tricked into getting financing you are unclear about. As for after sale customer service, as long as you get a warranty from them, you can take your car anywhere for service.
