Can hypnotherapy help a person to pass their driving test?

My honest opinion? I don't want ANYONE who cant pass the test by normal means driving on the same roads as me. The test is NOT that difficult. It has 20 multiple choice questions such as, "what side of the road must one drive on? a)right b) left c) middle d) any of the above.
Come on folks, it's not quantum physics.
And if this person can't pass the actual road test, then that person DEFINITELY should not have a license!

if u need a hypnotherapy to help u your not to bright i take it i would not want you on the road buy a big wheel
