I would recommend you take the car out in an area where there is very light traffic, and get used to the way it handles. Empty parking lots are a great place, as are most roads early on Sunday morning.
Check the owner's manual, and be sure you know how all the controls work, and where they are located. It will also give you recommendations about keeping the car in good shape.
Im not quite sure what you're asking hun, just be really careful and dont drive too fast!

get it out on an open road or empty parking lot and drive it around until you feel comfortable with it
well its a pretty reliable car just keep it maintained ,change oil ,trnasmission fluid when needed and be sure to keep atleast a 1/4 of tank of gas at all times just to keep from having to strain the fuel pump
