Some b***er pulled my aerial off the roof, How would I replace it? - they did however kindly left the ariel by the car, but the connection is snapped off and I sispect I'll need a new one?

is the base of the arial still there? if it is go to a breakers yard or even still go to a breakers yard it is something that does not cost a lot as for the connecter it is normaaly two male/female spade connectors just pull apart and reconnect the newer arial on screw in the car.
