Pearl - Caller name is not displayed?
Blackberry Pearl 8100 (on Vodafone UK) - incoming Caller name is not displayed for my contacts, just the phone number. When I call out from contacts name is displayed.
Checked the handbook and web and the only possible is issue is CONTENT PROTECTION - but this is OFF, so is not the problem.
Also, the problem is there whether the phone is locked or not.
Have asked a couple of other people and they have the same problem.
What do you think?

Check with your wireless carrier. Some carriers offer Caller-ID with and without name display so it could be an account setting that only your carrier can modify. Usually if you subscribe to caller-ID without name display, then it will only display the names that match to entries in your address book.
