I've had to reset my 60gb video iPOD and now I can't transfer my purchased music to my iPOD.?

I've tried restoring my iPOD and reauthorising i-tunes but these methods haven't worked

i have iTunes set so that all my music is automatically transered to my iPod when u connect it to my laptop. try this.its really easy. if it still isnt working try www.apple.com - they have help for iPod users.
