You can do it for free..it took me 4 months of searching, viruses and re formats, to find out.

if you need to unbloke your phone,you will need your puk code and to get this you need to phone your network provider and they will tell you there and then. if you want to unlock your phone then you need to go to a phone shop and inquire there
My local key cutters does it on most phones. The Mobile Phone hospital I have down the street from the key cutters does it. The numerous other phone shops in and around Birkenhead also say they can do it.
Have a walk through your local town centre or look up Mobile Phone Hospital in your phone book.
