Does anyone know what causes a black line to show on a plasma tv?

a 2 inch black line in the middle of the screen what causes this is it the PDP or the electronics?

Ive had three do that and yes it is absolutely junk.
i'm no expert, but that doesn't sound right. Maybe it's a defect
Move the ironing board from in front of it!
It's buggered m8 the PDP will have to be replaced! £400 if they can even get the part
The same thing happen to a friend, and he had to get a new screen. Hopefully yours is a minor problem. He has a 37 inch Panasonic. Good luck.
sorry to say, but if it's under warranty, send it back or get them out.
It is a faulty board at best.
If it isn't then, look on the internet for a reliable repairer & wait for a big bill !
Going to be expensive to fix. Hope you still have a warrenty.
