How do i stop unwanted calls to my mobile phone?

Report the caller to Orange. They have the ability to bar the number. They can also change your number. If you don't want to get Orange involved, you can (on most phones) manage your own call list. You can tell the phone to only accept calls from a certain list of people. Now I know this is a pain, but if you can't go to the network, it may be your only choice. Check the Calls Settings on your phone to do this.
Can you block a number? My phone company lets me do that. If you call customer service, they can tell you how you might be able to do that.
get a FIR from police station and complain to the customer care
call ur mobile phone operator and ask that they remove ur number from the marketing/ advertising lists

Most phones if you look in the menu have a block facility now
add the number to a caller group & bar receipt of that group. Maybe it'll work. Otherwise check with your service provider
You can subscribe to a service with your service operator which eliminates all calls from operator partners. But you'll always get unsolicited calls from people who would randomly call a number. You can only minimize this. But with new services emerging, find out from your operator if they has a service which can allow calls only from your address book and not others. These services are only available as part of the new technolgy. This may not be available with legacy systems/operators.
