I have an Hp ipaq pda from the 5500 series ..i want to connect to the internet via wireless connection.?

my pda finds the connection but when i try to connect to the internet it says :cannot connect with current connection settings.to change your connection settings tap settings.so does anyone know what settings should i do?

Answers:
Yes, my PDA does exactly the same thing, when you go into settings, click on network cards once their click on tab at the bottom that says network adaptors.

at the top there it will say "My network card connects me to.."
you have the choice of Internet or work. select Internet exit completely out of that section and open i.e. This should work. however. when you now want to transfer files from your PC etc, you have to change this back to "work" for this to work.

Hope this helps

An internet connection can become slow or stop working due to a number of reasons depending on the type of the connection. Many of the problems can be solved by making software changes or small hardware corrections. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yl62gz
