Sounds like they've been having a bad time lately ! Seem to get dodgy periods on all the networks at some time or other !
Always O2 are crap like that! :-(
mine was ok,maybe its the area you are in?
perhaps you might want to call them and check if their network are down.
if your on contract with 02 and your contract is up or about to be up do not renew it. get rid of them they are rip off merchants.
