Hi!Cashback cheap deals mobile monthly contracts are so attractive that made me dubious. Any idea/experience?
http://sales.mobiles4everyone.com/displa.
385£ of 420£ initial deposit will be given back in 4 installments which is equall to if the company got an initial of 325£ and refunded at the end of the year. so, if they make 10% profit of the money, it will give them 32.5£ profit. They also charge 35£ for the line rental/year. so, they it seems that the final sum the customer is paynig is 67.5£/year for something worth of 435£ [[[a c120 samsung handset (75£) plus an 02 contract worth of 360£/year]]]; and it is so good that makes me dubious about authencity of such a deal. when you move to check out, they also ask for about 65£ for insurance but they say it can be cancelled by calling during the first two weeks of contract. so, i wonder if you have any idea about authencity of such a deal and how can i belive that they offer something worth of 435£ for 67.5£! Cheers!

They hope that not everyone will claim the cash back, or they leave it too late, also if you check VERY closely you quite often find the actual number of free minutes, or free texts is lower than the offers from the network provider, or call rates are higher if you go above the free minutes/texts, before committing print out both tariff sheets and check them for differences
Just finished a 12month contract (£35.00 per month) and received the full amount back in cashback. No problems at all. Used mobileshop.com. There are better deals out there than the one you are looking at, if you search.
Retailers make their money from the commission paid to them by the networks and the fact that they budget for only 60-80% of people correctly applying for the cashback when it is due.
Now into another deal but with a different retailer. Check out feedback on the web regarding the retailer before you commit.
