its not your phone honey, its your signal.I have the same phone and it happens to me on occasions in certain area's of my home and out in other places, just move a little bit and the signal will come back, if it doesn't just turn the phone off & back on again.don't worry phone is fine
It's Probably where u are because there's certain area that u can't call or text or do anything because at my work i can't do ne of that.
could be the network's down, so wait a bit and see if it comes back. See if anyone else on the same network as you is having problems.
or, could be no credit, like you say, so put some more on it and see if it wakes up.
or, the phone's bust. Turn it off and back on again, coaxing it gently in a soothing voice. Works for me.
If you were out of credit it would say that. It's more than likely network coverage. What network are you on?
Sometimes (only sometimes) restarting the phone allows the network to pick it up again and allow you to use it but really if you have to do that to make calls then I would complain to the network provider..
Its your network, Virgin is notoriously bad for availability. All it means is that your phone is unable to pick up a signal from your network. Is it permanent or does it happen intermittently? could also maybe indicate a broken antenna on your phone if its all or most of the time.
