Bookshelf speakers to replace my floorstanders?

After moving to a smaller house I find my TDL RTL 3's a bit on the big side! I need to replace them with bookshelf speakers. The sound from my TDL's is fantastic so something as close as possible please!

The best ones that are also used by a lot of recording studios are Tannoy bookshelf speakers. These can be purchased from a reputable dealer. There are of course other makes, but it's best to go and listen to them at a dealers through a system similar to your own at home. That way you get the speakers that sound good and pleasing to you. hope this helps you.
You may try different Bose speakers. I think they're fine for book shelf type speakers.
I wouldn't do it. You'll regret it. I replaced my floor speakers with smaller ones, and had changed back within a week. Despite all the advertising blurb they (the bookshelf) speakers just don't compare. Save the money.
