How do I convert a mp4 / mp3 or wma file on the my computer to a wav file so I can use it as my alarm sound?

I want to use a song as my alarm clock sound on my Samsung E900 because the default alarm sounds are awful, but I can't seem to get any music files into 'downloaded sounds'. How do I do this?

have you downloaded razorlame? its a converter that should be the answer to this problem! check it out!
You use sound recorder in Start/Programs/Accessories/Ent. and put your computer microphone up to the speaker and record it with this program. Then record this with your phone. If you don't have a microphone use another sound editing program.
Here's 2 programs for converting MP3's to WAV, they're not free but they have free trials
