My d500 mobile phone is saying limited service?

i have had my samsung d500 unlocked to any network but yet its still saying limited service i cant make call or receive them either if anyone can help then please email me

It could be the area you are in, your sim card or the person that unlocked your phone screwed up.
is it pay as you go?you may need a new sim card and then credit.
I presume you aren't actually living in a limited service area? There may just not be any reception!
mine says this when i have no or little signal. Also try turning the mobile off then take the sim out, give it a wipe and then replace the sim and turn the mobile back on. if you contiune to have problems, id call whatever network you with and see wha tthey say..
have you tried every network. keep moving around as you might be in a signal block area.. also, if you are using vodaphone.. they share airtime with the emergency services and if their is a incident, your mobile wont work.
